Hello, my name is Dayat, and I am a local guide who has worked on Mount Rinjani for over ten years. I started from the very bottom — I worked as a porter for the first two years, carrying heavy loads up and down the mountain with nothing but strength and determination. By my third year, several trekking companies had hired me as a guide, and that was when I truly fell in love with sharing this mountain with people from all over the world.
In 2023, I founded See You Rinjani — a company that specialises in tourism, mainly trekking expeditions to Mount Rinjani, Bukit Pergasingan, and tours around the beautiful island of Lombok. This company is not just a business; it is the culmination of ten years of sweat, learning, and deep connection with this land. Every trek we run carries my personal promise: safe journeys, authentic experiences, and genuine care for our guests and our mountain.
