Wow, wat een ervaring om de Rinjani te beklimmen! Train goed, zorg dat je fit bent en neem de juiste spullen mee en dan komt het helemaal goed. En ga met See You Rinjani! Wij werden de gehele trip in de watten gelegd. We hadden nog zekerheidshalve water en snacks gehaald vooraf, maar dat hebben we kunnen uitdelen aan onze porters en mede klimmers want de porties waren meer dan voldoende en we krijgen tussendoor ook nog snacks! De porters werken belachelijk hard en verzorgde tiptop maaltijden. Het laatste stukje naar de top was zwaar, maar door coaching van onze gids hebben we het beide gehaald. Bovenal merk je de persoonlijke aandacht van Dayat; van de ophaalservice en ontvangst op zijn Homestay, waar hij ook het huurmateriaal voor ons regelde, tot ontvangst na de klim en een certificaat. We reisden diezelfde dag door naar Gili Air, de chauffeur bracht ons naar de Bangsal haven waar Dayat ook nog voor een zeer goede prijs een privé boot regelde voor een vlotte transfer. Dit bespaarde ons veel gedoe en gestress met onderhandelen na uitputtende dagen op de Vulkaan!

I highly recommend see you rinjani for you mt Rinjani hike! Dayat was very friendly and the whole experience was very organized. We were picked up from the airport and taken to our home stay which was beautiful and had a great view of the mountain! From here we met with our guide Pam and were provided dinner and a run down of what to expect for the next few days. During our trek Pam was a great guide and very patient with us as we were on the slower side compared to other hikers and needed extra breaks. The whole time he was very encouraging and uplifting, I would not have been able to summit without his help!! He also took great pictures of me when I reached  the summit! Our porters were also very friendly and amazing! The meals were very delicious and filling! Once the hike was over we were provided transport to our next location in Kuta. Dayat also provided us with certificates for completing the hike which was very special surprise as not all companies do this. I would highly recommend you choose see you rinjani!!

Dayat (von „SeeyouRinjani“ Trekkingtours) war unsere Rettung! Nach einem sehr schlechten Quartier wollten wir nur noch weg. Dayat bat uns seine Hilfe an und organisierte. Nach wenigen Minuten hatten wir ein super schönes, günstigeres Quartier (mit Frühstück+Abendessen); eine Sonnenaufgangs-Wandertour sowie einen Shuttle, der uns am nächsten Tag ans Meer brachte. Es war ALLES mehr als perfekt! Dayat möchten wir danken - er hat uns gezeigt, dass es auch in Touri-Zentren nicht nur um Geld gehen kann. The Rinjani trekking experience was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that is thanks to Dayat and his amazing team! My boyfriend and I chose the 3D2N from Sembalun to Torean route and the view and landscape was truly breathtaking. From the very beginning, everything was well organised. Communicating with Dayat via email was also super easy, and he was always helpful and available. Dayat arranged the pick-up from the airport and the drop-off in Kuta, which was super convenient, especially since the drive to Kuta was around 3 hours. We also had the unfortunate problem of our luggage not arriving at the airport, but Dayat was kind enough to let us rent a jacket and trekking poles from him, which was a huge help! A very special thank you also goes to our guide Aki, who guided us throughout the entire trek. He was incredibly kind and friendly, and he also told us a lot about the local culture and traditions along the way. Truly a wonderful and special person who made the experience even better. ❤️ A big thank you as well to the two porters, who do an incredibly hard job! They were super kind and prepared amazing food for us (honestly, almost too much food!) It was impressive to see how much effort they put into everything. I would highly recommend doing the Rinjani trek with See You Rinjani! Just make sure you come prepared, because it is definitely physically challenging. Bring warm clothes, gloves, a good jacket and several layers, because it gets really cold near the summit. The only downside was that we unfortunately didn’t make it all the way to the summit. We stopped at around 3,400 metres because the wind at the top was extremely strong and it was too dangerous to continue. We really appreciated that Aki put our safety first and made the right decision based on the weather conditions. Overall, it was an amazing experience and definitely something we will remember. Great value for money, staff is super friendly and always smiling. Our guide Akhi was careful along the entire path, with timely served meals. Dayat's homestay is simple but perfect for cleanness, logistics and food. Hiked up from Sembalung to Torean, definitely worth the effort. You'll realize porters and guide fully deserve extra tips for the tough work they put in every single day. Path is tough but always doable with basic physical preparation. Go for it!

En 2018, pour notre voyage de noce, Dayat nous accompagnait déjà sur le mont Rinjani! Une ascension spectaculaire, impressionnante, difficile :p Mais rassurante, conviviale, confortable grâce à la logistique incroyable de son équipe, ses encouragements, son adaptabilité, sa flexibilité, sa connaissance du terrain, son professionnalisme et son incroyable force physique ! Cette ascension fut tellement marquante pour nous, 2 jeunes belges de 28 ans, que nous sommes toujours en contact avec lui! Depuis, il s’est mis à son compte, SEE YOU RINJANI. Et il mérite amplement son succès ! Vous pouvez lui faire confiance les yeux fermés ! Bonne continuation à toi Dayat!
